Personal Trainer Attestation Service
To practise as a personal trainer or fitness instructor in the UAE, professionals must hold qualifications verified by REPs UAE (Register of Exercise Professionals) and obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the EBBF (Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation). LQC provides a single entry point for this process.
How It Works
Step 1
Submit your application through LQC. We send your profile to REPs UAE.
Step 2
REPs UAE verifies your credentials. They may contact you directly for documents.
Step 3
EBBF reviews for NOC. Once approved, pay the LQC fee and download your attestation.
Involved Parties
Emirates Center for Sports Science
Entry point & tracker. Manages your application, collects the attestation fee, and issues the final certificate.
REPs UAE
Credential verification. Verifies your fitness qualifications. May contact you directly to collect qualification documents.
EBBF
NOC issuance. Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation evaluates your application for the No Objection Certificate.
What You Will Need
- Valid internationally recognized fitness certification (Level 3 minimum — e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA)
- Current First Aid / CPR certificate
- Passport copy
- Emirates ID copy (if UAE resident)
- Educational transcripts
- Proof of continuing professional development (if qualification is older than 5 years)
Note: LQC does not collect documents directly. REPs UAE will contact you during the verification stage to collect the required qualification documents.

Important Information
- Attestation validity: 1 year from date of issue (subject to confirmation)
- During REPs and EBBF stages, you may need to communicate with those organisations directly. LQC does not intermediate.
