1. Definitions

Customer / UserAny natural or legal person who requests or pays for a service through the Website or the Center’s official channels.

ServicesInclude, without limitation, training programs, medical and sports services, consultations, memberships, events, digital services, issuance and renewal of sports professional licenses, and accreditation and attestation of professional sports certificates.

Payment GatewayThe authorized electronic payment service provider used by the Center.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 All fees are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment service providers.

2.3 The Center does not store customers’ full card details.

2.4 The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment information.

2.5 A service request is confirmed only upon successful payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Appointments and Sessions

Cancellation or rescheduling is allowed 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled time through official channels. Late cancellation or no-show will result in full charges.

3.2 Training Programs and Courses

Cancellation is permitted up to 7 calendar days prior to the program start date. No cancellation or refund after commencement.

3.3 Events and Tickets

Issued tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Used or expired tickets are non-refundable.

3.4 Memberships and Subscriptions

Auto-renewal may be cancelled prior to the renewal date. After activation, the used period is non-refundable.

3.5 Digital Services

Digital services that have been delivered, accessed, or activated are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

3.6 Issuance and Renewal of Sports Professional Licenses

Applications cannot be cancelled once review has commenced or once submitted to competent authorities. Fees become non-refundable after processing begins, except in cases of proven technical error or rejection due to a fault attributable to the Center.

3.7 Accreditation and Attestation of Professional Sports Certificates

Requests cannot be cancelled once verification and evaluation begins. Fees are non-refundable after processing starts, except for duplicate payment or proven technical error.

3.8 Cancellation by the Center

If a service is cancelled by the Center, the Center may offer rescheduling, a credit note, or a refund.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Method

Refunds are made to the original mode of payment and may take 5–15 business days.

4.2 Non-Refundable Fees

Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and non-recoverable administrative fees may be deducted.

4.3 Eligible Refund Cases

  • Cancellation within the permitted period
  • Duplicate payment
  • Service cancellation by the Center
  • Any case where refund is required by applicable law

4.4 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Late cancellation or no-show
  • Services already delivered
  • Programs after commencement
  • Used tickets
  • Activated digital services
  • License issuance/renewal applications once processing has begun
  • Certificate accreditation requests once verification has begun

4.5 Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted through official channels and include: transaction reference number, proof of payment, and customer identification details. Incomplete requests are deemed invalid.

5. Service Delivery Policy

5.1 On-site Services

Delivered at the Center’s premises or at the specified location.

5.2 Electronic Services

Delivered via email, user account, or an electronic link.

5.3 Professional License Services

Delivered through electronic issuance of the license or official notification upon completion.

5.4 Certificate Accreditation Services

Delivered through an electronic accreditation certificate or the Center’s official electronic verification system.

6. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered a completed service and is non-refundable.

7. Cardholder Protection

The card must be used only by its lawful holder. The Center reserves the right to cancel any suspicious transaction.

8. Privacy Policy

The Center is committed to protecting customer data and sharing it only with payment providers, competent authorities, and technical service providers in accordance with UAE laws.

9. Information Security

The Website uses SSL encryption and approved security systems to protect data.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Center shall not be liable for bank payment rejection, delays caused by banks/payment providers, or incorrect information entered by the Customer.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and UAE courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
